This fabulous gated mansion is situated on the road between Lucca and Forte dei Marmi. With over 24 acres of property, the main house and a studio, this villa has plenty of room for family and friends. There are 12 en suite bedrooms, a heated swimming pool, solarium and helipad, making it easy to relax in complete privacy. The villa is designed to accommodate a large number of guests in spacious comfort. There are several living spaces, a fully equipped kitchen and vaulted ceilings with wooden beams that add a rustic charm to the boho chic furnishings. The interior is painted in pale shades that complement the furnishings, some of which have been made by local Italian artisans. The villa offers stunning views of the Tuscan landscape which can be appreciated from the pool as well as the second floor balcony. Families and guests who can’t sit still will find plenty of activities . With a soccer field, tennis courts, and a 20 meter heated swimming pool, there’s plenty to entertain the most athletic of guests. In addition, there is abundant opportunity for hiking and cycling. Being in the Chianti region of Tuscany, there’s also fun areas to explore for wine tasting. For those whose tastes run more in the culinary line, the property consists of olive groves, an orchard, vegetable gardens and a pizza oven-perfect for creating delicious meals from fresh produce. For something a little less secluded, the charming town of Lucca with its Renaissance city walls, wide enough to walk and cycle around the 2 ½ mile periphery, is minutes away. Be sure to take some time to wander its narrow streets, browse its many elegant shops, and appreciate its piazzas. The most famous is the Piazza Amphitheater which was originally a Roman amphitheater and today, almost 2000 years later, is a charming spot for people-watching and markets. Whether you want to bask in your own private retreat, stroll the streets of Lucca, or work up a sweat on the tennis courts, this villa is the perfect choice.
